Delete Your Hydra Hair Care Account

This page explains how users of the Hydra Hair Care mobile app can request deletion of their account or specific app data.

Delete your account

1. Email hydrahaircare@gmail.com from the email address connected to your Hydra Hair Care app account.
2. Use the subject line Delete My Hydra Hair Care Account.
3. Include the email address used for the account. Do not send your password or payment information.

We may contact you only to verify that you own the account. After verification, we will process the request within 30 days.

What will be deleted

We will delete or anonymize the Hydra Hair Care app account and associated profile information, saved preferences, rewards or loyalty profile and points, progress-tracking entries and photos, favorites, and app support messages unless retention is required by law. Any active Hydra+ membership associated with the account will also be cancelled as part of processing the request.

What may be retained

Order, transaction, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, and customer-service records may be retained when required for legal or legitimate business obligations. These records may be retained for up to seven years where applicable, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Hydra Hair Care does not store full payment-card details; those are handled by the payment processor.

Delete specific data without deleting your account

You may request deletion of specific app data while keeping your account. Email hydrahaircare@gmail.com from the email address connected to your account with the subject Delete Specific Hydra App Data, and identify what you want deleted, such as progress photos, progress entries, saved preferences, favorites, or support messages.

Hydra Hair Care will confirm when the request has been completed or explain if certain information must be retained by law.
